• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using NodeJS for backend development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Develop RESTful APIs to support seamless communication between the frontend and backend systems.
• Implement and optimize frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality of the applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development and apply them to enhance the development process.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Mentor and assist junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

• Strong proficiency in NodeJS and a solid understanding of the ecosystem, including event-driven architecture and asynchronous programming.
• Experience in developing web applications using frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools and libraries such as webpack, Babel, or Redux.
• Solid understanding of backend development principles, including API design, data modeling, and database management (preferably SQL and/or NoSQL).

• Proficient in Git for version control and collaborative development.

• Knowledge of database systems like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles to collaborate effectively with designers and create intuitive user experiences.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
