• Identify business development opportunities and prepare game promotion strategies and proposals
• Develop promotional mechanics, estimate the risks and estimate the key KPIs
• Manage and conduct data analysis of promotions, tournament and cashbacks
• Analyze ongoing data and develop recommendations for new initiatives
• Monitor and analyze the competitors’ activity with regard to promotions
• Collaborate with internal departments
• Communicate and report to management and leadership team through weekly update meetings
