• Identify matches with technical problems or cancellations
• Collect video proofs for matches with technical issues
• Attach/detach leagues, set prices, and manage blocked countries
• Monthly reporting
• Verify comments for matches not received or with problems
• Create an overview table detailing
• Conduct research before upcoming expos

Պահանջվող որակավորումներ

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Administration or related field (Master’s is preferable)
• Knowledge in Sports is important
• Knowledge of English and one more foreign language is a must (preferably Spanish)
• Research and analytical skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for creating a positive work culture and a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
