Աշխատանքային պարտականությունները

• Identify and analyze organizations risks (e.g. business, operational, financial)
• Assess and monitor risks inherent to organizations business processes and IT systems
• Develop risk management controls, contingency plans and systems
• Prepare reports and present recommendations to management
• Evaluate existing policies and procedures to find weaknesses
• Help implement solutions and plans
• Design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks
• Check the compliance of business processes or individual functions with the Company's policies, procedures, and the requirements of other internal legal acts

Պահանջվող որակավորումներ

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant professional work experience in financial/banking system
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of risk assessment and control
• Proficiency in office software (MS Office)
• High motivation and initiative, ability to work independently
• Ability to optimize the working processes and offer creative solutions
• Ability to manage own time and prioritize tasks
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
