• Communicate effectively with clients and suggest our products with their benefits.
• Observe and analyze client behavior during call.
• Gather information about customer complaints.
• Use client input to develop effective retention strategies.
• Negotiate with customers in order to renew contracts and keep their business ongoing for long run partnerships.
• Meet with the sales team to discuss ways to retain customers and attract new ones.
• Present customer reports to higher management.
• Develop positive customer and business associate relationships.
• Do other duties as assigned.

Պահանջվող որակավորումներ

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish.
• Strong understanding of gambling.
• Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
