1. Application Administration:
   • Manage and maintain securities management applications and other relevant banking platforms.
   • Perform day-to-day monitoring, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of applications.
   • Implement application updates, patches, and configuration changes in coordination with IT and vendor teams.
2. User Support and Issue Resolution:
   • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues related to securities management applications.
   • Troubleshoot application errors and performance issues, escalating to vendors or internal teams when necessary.
3. Data Management and Integrity:
   • Oversee the integrity and accuracy of data within the securities management applications.
   • Manage data migrations, imports, and exports related to securities transactions and portfolios.
   • Ensure proper reconciliation of data across systems and assist with audit preparations and responses.
4. Security and Compliance:
   • Ensure that the securities management applications comply with bank security policies and regulatory requirements.
   • Implement and manage access control measures, ensuring only authorized users have access to sensitive information.
   • Regularly review security logs, address vulnerabilities, and stay informed of new security threats.
5. Collaboration and Vendor Management:
   • Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve application-related issues and perform upgrades.
   • Coordinate with IT and business teams to implement new features, functionalities, and integrations.
   • Assist in negotiating service-level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and ensure their fulfillment.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and user manuals for securities management systems.
   • Provide periodic reports on system performance, user activity, and application-related incidents.
   • Track changes, incidents, and updates within the system to ensure accurate audit trails.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• More than 3 years of proven experience in administering banking or financial applications, a focus on securities management platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with banking systems and processes
• Knowledge of securities management processes and systems is preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills related to banking applications.
• Experience with application monitoring tools and practices.
• Familiarity with banking regulations, security practices, and compliance standards.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.

This role ensures the optimal performance of securities management systems, provides technical support to users, and coordinates application updates and enhancements. The administrator also ensures the applications are secure, compliant with banking regulations, and aligned with business needs.
