What we expect from you:

• Organize and control and refine day-to-day hotel operations
• Supervise work at all levels of Hotel Chian employees (receptionists, kitchen staff, maids, etc.) and set clear objectives for daily operations
• Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model of the Hotel Chain
• Take part and control in Cost control process of the Hotel Chain, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profit figures
• Communicate with Guests when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)
• Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.
• Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers event/conference planners etc.
• Inspect facilities regularly and in cooperation with Chief Engineer enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards for Hotel Guests and Hotel Staff.
• Perform other tasks as required.

Our ideal candidate would have:

• Proven experience as Hotel Operations Manager or relevant role, preferably in Intrenational Brand Hotels
• Fluency in English, Russian; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
• Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage
• Excellent Guest service skills
• Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail

He/she plays a vital role in enhancing Guest satisfaction, expanding clientele, and upholding the hotel’s reputation.
